Uniformed Officers are the first to respond to situations that vary from accidents (aircraft, household, industrial, and motor vehicle), to lost children, breaking and entry, armed robbery, loose horses, domestic disturbances, medical emergencies, intoxicated persons, murders, and anything else you can imagine.
All uniformed officers are trained as first responders, certified to use semi automated defibrillators for assisting victims in cardiac arrest. Each on-duty cruiser is equipped with one of these lifesaving devices.
Uniform patrol is a very diverse and challenging position, which requires dedicated and resourceful men and women working together.
