Sex Offender Information

There are a variety of individuals who live or work in Northampton who are required by law to register as sex offenders.  There are four levels of sex offenders:

Level 0:  Individuals who have not yet been classified.
Level 1:  Individuals who are considered a low threat
Level 2:  Individuals who are considered a moderate threat
Level 3:  Individuals who are considered a high threat

Information regarding Level 3 sex offenders can be obtained from the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registration Board website.  A link to that site is located at the bottom of this page.  This information is also available by visiting the lobby of the police station.  The information provided includes the offender's name, residential address, work address, offense committed and a recent image.
